Really sorry about that server Instability issue.
We are currently looking into this issue and we will update this announcement once we obtain more details about the errors reported.

They are excited alright, for the sacrificial lambs to come back and waste some money, little do they know is that most will not even bother with that, probably will only come to check on the new classes and leave right away, since the game don’t offer anything interesting the same way as last year.
Typical answer. As for a fixing, or better yet, as to how this passed through the QC, oh wait, you guys don’t do QC on your patches, I forgot.

Maybe if this was JTOS, it would be fixed as soon as possible during the weekends. You know the Japanese has that hard working attitude, even in weekends.

This issue has been ongoing since Friday night, it’s now Sunday night and the crashes are still happening non-stop. That’s the whole weekend, the time when players get to play the most, completely wasted.
Players have given up on setting up shops in towns because channels crash every 15mins, so the playerbase has to go without buffs, without repairs, without appraisals and gem roasts and squire maintenance. Not only that, for the whole weekend players have disconnected from dungeons while leveling, while doing their daily saalus runs, while doing their ET runs.
The game has already lost so many players, and you decide to pull this type of nonsense over the weekend when the highest volume of players want to play. Why?

Requesting an update on the broken servers. The game has been unplayable for days now and it’s only getting worse.

It’s IMC smart, they don’t even could give a full promises or guarantee to us.
and we as a player of this game have to be tester and waste our time to report issue that we found to IMC, but still likely won’t get fix

I think you are missing something there, they will NEVER listen to the said department.
I wouldn’t mind be playing as a tester, my issue is, they don’t fix a thing, they don’t listen to our suggestions or complains, they only move their arses when it’s something related to TP/Packs sales.
If the server is working or not it doesn’t matter, as long as there people wasting real money in the game.
