now , telsiai is dead server :haha:

I had the same error earlier.
Went to TOS steam folder and deleted the *.ipf file downloaded today, re-initiate steam to redownload the ipf file and game now works.

Hope it works for anyone else.

already send since yesterday and it failed something sir. i cant insert screenshot
