Telsiai and just general IMC communication

What’s happening with communication with players IMC?

Telsiai (and i’m sure a lot of other servers) have been plagued by disconnects from within dungeon and unable to get in instances and in first place.

You spend ages getting in dungeon, only to be dc half way through for everyone, and it eats up entry limit. You guys at least provided dungeon reset tokens in the first few days, but now all communications are gone.

and F2P is literally just at the doorstep. The game is unplayable at the moment because of bad management of server population allocations.

Feel like Dev is going tunnel mode. No communication at all. Never seen any sight unless announcement.

I really never saw anything like this, this “STAFF” just want to get our money, they dont even care bout the game. I’m really enjoying this game, but they have a really really really BAD team to support the game and the community. Its a SHAME to steam users.

yea staff julie was the most hands on mod here, in terms of communicating with the players. But she’s not working with IMC anymore ( smart to get rid of the community’s favorite mod isnt it)

She hasn’t been around, and a lot of the issues aren’t for forums. A lot of MMO’s keep the player-base well informed throughout the opening weeks through announcement on front page, acknowledging the most current problems and what they’re currently doing about it.

As it stands, I have no idea if IMC even knows about instance dcs because they’re all just hush hush about it now.

Not to mention maintenance times aren’t even on the front page (latest news on front page is from FIVE days ago), or there’s no in-game announcement of upcoming maintenance, which is pretty rare for modern MMO’s. It’s like they haven’t played any MMO since RO days.
