Telsia lagging + thread talking about arde dagger flooding market. My mmorpg sense is tingling

So I am sure no need for me to link threads complaining about SEA server lagging, but here is the thread which comment about sudden appearance of arde daggers in AH.

For those that are very familiar with MMORPG, I am sure you guys know what I am hinting at. AH dupe always involve crashing game server. In fact, all dupe afaik always result in laggy server/server crash.

Be on the look out for “cheap” deal in AH SEA players. Don’t buy anything if you feel too good to be true. Best to check this forum first before buying to save yourself from unnecessary trouble.

Actually, people who are over 170 are dropping it. It’s quite obvious that the dagger wasn’t “ALL THAT”. It was way overpriced due to the number of low level players. Now that people are moving on to higher level dungeons, they chose to overprice the Karacha dagger. Which was 400k before server transfers happened(probably coz they didn’t know it was a better Arde). Now it’s like 3mil.

Where are they all getting Karachas/Venoms? The market is almost totally empty of them. And why all of a sudden? It isn’t like its a secret that there are Arde alternatives.

It’s not, but there are more high levels now then there were before. So obviously, they want the better alternative. I mean, you can take Karacha all the way to 280 for what it’s worth.

Karacha Dagger is actually a lot easier to get than Arde TBH. It’s only gated by the 2hour respawn of the world boss, as opposed the the limited dungeon entry to get the Arde.

Hmm not sure how you did the math, but I am absolutely certain dungeon runs>wb in a day lol.

You’re gated by the amount of times you can enter a dungeon. You can keep doing world bosses for hours on end in a day. I’m not really sure what you’re asking here.

Are you talking about experience gain? Because I’m talking about farming Arde and Karacha. The Karacha recipe is dropped by a world boss that essentially respawns every 2 hours, while you can only enter a dungeon 3 times max(with tokens) more if you’re willing to waste your premium dungeon resets.

Edit: Not to mention each channel having it’s own boss spawn timer. I’ve like killed the Dullahan twice within 15 minutes coz of this.

Unless you have a DPS or party that can compete with other high-end-well-formed parties camping those dullahan then sure.

[/quote] seriously? I wish it happened in Orsha…

But aren’t the Karachas monopolized by WB campers?

The people who farm Dullahan are essentially the same level as me. So there’s no real problem there, not for me at least.

Edit: Also, I’m an archer,. So there’s also that.

Arde is intended for early levels.

The OP is asking why the Arde price dropped significantly, and why there’s so many of them in the market.

I pointed out that it was because there are many more high level players now which prefer to use the 10x better Karacha dagger.

What exactly do you mean when you say Arde is intended for early levels? The discussion is about the huge price drop of Arde.

Oops I misread your first statement. Yeah that makes sense.

That is like saying the yellow flower which is required for shinobi job change is more easy to get then talt because the flower is only gated by spawn time plus you can switch channel, but a token user only has 3 dungeon run -_-’’’

Human can’t create time, thus anything gated by time is limited. Dungeon run is technically infinite.

A GM can check the amount of Karacha entering the game in the past 24 hours and if the amount is greater then spawnrerollchannel*30(max cube output), needless to say illegal karacha has showed up. You can’t make the same conclusion for arde as there is no cap to it.

So nope, karacha is much more rare then arde.

Way to hyperbole. Because 3 talts a day is obviously harder to get than the yellow flower that spawns randomly every, what? 16 hours?

Human can’t create time? Obviously. No idea what this is even suppose to mean, do you need to create time to even do anything? Time ticks on its own.

Dungeon runs, that you can do 3(token) times a day… is infinite? Please do the math with me here. 1+1+1 = infinity?

As for GM’s checking the amount of Karacha entering the game… you obviously have no idea what GMs are for. They do not control the % of drops. Those are fixed server sided things, unless there are events which increase drop rates.

Also, 3 boss boxes for arde in a day… as opposed to getting 4 from dullahan successfully in a day, maybe even more if you’re with a good party and you plan to actually boss hunt. Do the math.

EDIT: On a different note, you won’t be seeing an increase in the number of Karacha daggers on the market for a while. The dagger is good enough until 280 for a lot of classes.

Dungeon runs are gated by amount of characters you have access to. World bosses can be fought 1/x hours, dungeons done 3/day/character.
Much, much easier to farm for ardes than for karacha.

Not sound pessimistic, but most ardes are probably from botters. Dungeons are an incredibly safe place to automate a character in. No need to worry about getting reported and the drops sell for bank.

Sound argument. I will fold my earlier statement and agree that by having numerous characters go through d90, will significantly increase the chances of getting an arde. Thus making arde easier to obtain.

Not gonna waste time on d90 on my main though. xD
