🔭 Optimal Swordsman PvE Dmg. Which skills are best? Cleave/ Helm Chopper / Punsih / Mord?

Optimal PvE Dmg

My planned build – Swords C2> Barb C3 > Doppel C1

or

Skill differences:

Barb:
Cleave vs Helm Chopper
Warcry vs Pouncing/Giant Swing

Doppel:
Punish vs Cyclone/Mordschlag

Questions .
Is 4 points worth it in Stomping Kick? Or leave in Cleave?

Is Punish better than Cyclon? Obv cyclone has better AoE Ratio, but I think punish will affect all the targets I’m stunning with Bash/Helm Chopper/Seism?

Stats:
Im leaning towards Pure Str with a sprinkle in Dex for Evasion/+Hit

Thoughts / Comments on the build differences?

Cleave and helm chopper is about even in dmg and CD. But the easily achieved +50 crit on stunned enemies with Cleave should pull it ahead.

I think Warcry will be better in parties. Allowing you party to deal more dmg, will completely out dps what you can deal alone. Pouncing should offer the most dps in solo play. I’d just go with Warcry though, since it’s good for both.

Cyclone ticks REALLY fast from what I’ve seen. It should beat mordschlag’s dps by miles. Punish is the next best dps choice going by the numbers.

why not highlander at rank2? you get +50% crit atk while using 2 handsword

For Cleave vs helm… Ill have to see what I like better I guess. +50 Crit could be better, but chain stunning them with HelmB could make my downtime less since im taking less dmg

I heard Warcry might not be worth it because Brodkin arrow (Fletcher) is much better and they dont stack? The dmg bonus at max is -30, is that a flat +30 dmg bonus? per hit?

I think Ill look into how much AoE’ing im doing to determine if Cyclone is better than Punish Because if I have a lot of stuns, Punish’s dps might be better

@aolgado1 Where Does it say +50% crit atk, I must be missing something?

I chose sword C2 because the extra Gungho, and Restrain, which will add more stuns, to minimize down time (less monsters hitting me)

But If there is 50% crit bonus, that might be better overall DPS

if youre building check all of em attributes too

note: didnt look at your skill build, cuase ill probably put atleast 1 skill point to all skills so i could test them all myself

But which Highlander skill is worth it for PvE

I read that Carter strike was nerfed last patch.
