Bug Description :
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)
After completing the quest line ( boss kill ) i click the teleport button back to the quest npc but it teleported me inside the dungeon walls, no way to get out but use scroll back to town., I was also in a party, so maybe when i click the teleport, my other member happened to go to the 2nd floor portal ( just a guess. )
