What is the level of status-effect of this skill? Does Telepath can be blocked by bloodletting or dispeller?
No, Bloodletting and Dispeller can’t block Telepath. As far as I know Telepath is one of the highest rank debuffs in the game.

Sorry for asking this, but can you give me more concrete info? Its’ because im really stuck in doubt by choosing Oracle or Druid for my rank6, If by some chance the Telepathy is easily blocked, I will not take druid at my build, I’m afraid of making a wrong choice
I have a Druid and Telepath never misses unless you cast it and your target isnt within range. The only cons about Telepath is that it leaves you in place while controlling the enemy and also if the enemy has a lot of summons you will have a hard time landing Telepath. You will end up telepathing a summon.

Yea, it seems be a great skill for pvp that will fit perfectly in my build.
But have you tested it against dispeller or plague doctors?
Yes Ive tested against Plague doctors and dispeller. It always landed no matter what as long as they were within range.
