Team deletion "Unfair to other players" apparently?

I couldn’t get my team transferred to the EU server because I missed it sadly, and after making a ticket and finding out there’s nothing to be done, I made a new ticket making one request and asking one question.

Request: delete my team name so I can remake it on the EU server, I’ll lose my chars but oh well, and no reason to have a unused team just gathering dust on Klapedia right?

Question: I bought one of the early access packs that has items in it, now I haven’t used any of the items nor given them to any of my characters. So everything is still in my mail box.
So I asked if everything in my mailbox would also be deleted, and if so whether something could be done about it.

This was their response.

’We understand that your situation.

However, we hope that you understand that we will be unable to grant your request since this would be unfair to other players in the community.

If there is any updates regarding to the to your concern, announcements will be posted on our official website, so please stay tuned.'

What exactly was “Unfair” about my request?
Also my question didn’t get answered…

And so I came here, rather confused, hoping for answers.

so then.

  1. Is it impossible to get your’ team name deleted and is their reason “Unfair to other player” because that is… odd to say the least.

  2. Will the things in my account mailbox get deleted?

  3. Seriously what exactly was unfair about anything I asked?

let me translate it for you…

“If we do what you want, we would have to be fair and do the same for EVERYONE that ask for the same thing… that would be a huge pain in the back and take from more important things”

why don’t you create the same name on the other server but and add [ ] or a dot at the end :expressionless:

I believe that wouldn’t give back the items he acquired from the dlcs.

For this I deducted he doesn’t really mind about his previous team and just want the same name…

that been said… he could send another thicket asking for inbox transfer to the other server team (it will prob get the same respond)…

Better have patience and hope for the best… or keep poking

Wait, so what exactly were you trying to do? If you are trying to re-use the same team name as Klaipeda, then you can still change it by using TP - that’s what a lot of people did a while back after realising team names were unique across all servers. A lot of people got refunded, but that was only during a specific period.

As for your DLC items, if they are still left in the inbox, then you can still claim them on the other servers.

Your best bet is probably to buy TP once it’s F2P and buy a lower value TP pack, since it’s going to be bound to the server.

Imc wants to charge you for transferring your team name. There is no small profit :wink:
