Team Battle League join icon became 'Game In Progress' forever

Joined TBL and after end game, the join button forever become ‘Game In progress’. I suspect that this issue related with channel crash, My teammate sapi (team name) leave the tbl match earlier and then the channel he joined were crashed hence stucked our score.

Please investigate. Also, please help to check for other player within same team as below, they are having same issue as well:

3. FourRhythm
4. Mailam
5. sapi

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Join TBL

2. End game and back to city but the join button still ‘game in progress’
