Back on EA the game had an icon for guild battle or something, but the option openned a disabled window.

That icon is used for a few things, but as usual;

That UI is available on iToS as well - doesnt mean that it works:
F4 > look at right panel and click “Team Battle League” icon > press “Join Team battle league”.

You can even see shop selling exp cards for points.
