Prior to the emergency maintenance, I tried to take the 2 [Team Battle League 300 Points] items from mail but nothing was happening. After the emergency maintenance, it shows that the items have been received already but they weren’t showing up in any of my character’s inventory.

I received 2 [Team Battle League 300 Points] items and 1 EXP Tome through my mailbox and i tried to retrieve it into one of my character named “Youjin” but above mentioned item didn’t show up in my character’s inventory. I checked on my alt-character’s inventory and those item cant be found. When i wanted to try to retrieve the item from my Lodge Mail-box again, it shows that i had “received” the item already but it still didn’t show up in any of my character’s inventory.

tl;dr 300 points reward from TBL event is “claimed” but it is not in my inventory nor my TBL points have increased, thus it is missing.
After maintenance yesterday, I tried claiming the reward from TBL event and the exp tome from extended maintenance, but nothing happens when I claim them so I just logged in. After minutes, there was an announcement that an extended maintenance will happen so I logged off. Now, I see the TBL event’s reward as blacked out/claimed, but it is not in my inventory. (The new and prior extended maintenance compensations were successfully retrieved. Only the 300 points from event is missing.)
