High CON + a Shield + Swordsman block bonus + Peltasta block attributes/high guard means that evasion will be a practically useless stat for you. Accuracy is generally a non-factor for PVE. So all you’re looking at here is crit rate vs. attack, crit attack, and block pen, with the Swordsman +30% str-to-attack bonus.
Crit rate is an interesting stat at high levels. You will always need a minimum of X - enemy crit resist to crit AT ALL - say that number is 200 at level 330 (I haven’t done the math), that would mean that until you get to 200 crit rate, crit rate does NOTHING for you. I feel that as we reach higher and higher ranks, if your build does not invest heavily in DEX or have some inherent way to increase crit rate, you’re better off going no DEX at all.
Murmillo also relies primarily on low base damage skills with very high multipliers. People say multi-hit skills scale better with STR and high damage single hit skills scale better with DEX, but this is equally true for skills with high multipliers. Effectively every point of STR adds 1.3 attack to a Swordsman which adds 22.75 damage to single hit Peltasta skills, 13.65 damage to single hit Rodelero skills, and 11.375 damage per hit to Shooting Star and Butterfly. With 100 points invested in STR + bonus points from every X stat allocated + the rank 8 bonus, you gain about 220 STR, which translates to 5,000 more damage on Pelt skills, 3,000 on Rodelero skills, and 2,500 damage per hit on your multi-hits.
Unless there’s some new gear that really pumps up crit rate so that even a Swordsman with no Finestra and low DEX investment can dish out a respectable number of crits, I think you’re better off dumping 100 points in STR than DEX.
