Build 1 to 3 is more ideal.
Let me share my view on each starting with build 3. Hah not starting for build 1 cause its fun to be a rebel.
Build 3 is what you call wow this guy planning to be a super tank, sweet. However it only looks good in thought and theory. While u might have alot of dmg mitigation skills from pelta c3 and slithering from rode c2. You dont have any aoe attacks that can help u hold on to argo besides provoke and swb.
Having in general pelta3 and rodeo3 is overkill. Keep it max pelta 2 and rodeo 2 so that you can have 2class circle open to either get 2different class or invest in 1class with 2 ranks. So it would be gd to see which other class has skills that is either aoe multi hit on a low cd to generate argo or which other class has a buff which is required for party meta.
For build 1 and 2 it is the same issue. Your left with only 1class circle at r7. No matter what you pick just having lv5skills that late in the game wont be useful since the dmg scaling is sucks and lack of points to make utility/buff/meta skill better.
Again drop pelta c3. With gd gear and smart play u dont need lv10 high guard. And all of the attacking skills from c3 will never be better than say investing 2 class circle into another attacks move like cyclone.
