Am i alone on this to feel like characters never become OP or much stronger after you reached a certain level, just kinda very slow and steady progression? maybe its not a bad thing to some, but for me i lack the motivation to do something.
Im playing Machine Gun build at lv100 now. I always had alot motivation to level up and grind silver since i knew i would be much stronger once i obtain my arde dagger, grand cross and the most important skills. But now its kinda done. After i get archers kneeling shot, what else is there to work towards to. Yea the manamana gun and didel cross will make me kinda stronger, but i dont think its nearly enough stat boost to keep me motivated enough to grind all those levels and silver. I really like the game in so many ways, but i need some motivation to work towards something. I guess i just want more OP gear for an incredible stat boost whenever i reach a certain point. I even spend money to get more property attack on my hair costumes. But i feel stuck now never improving that much anymore, just little by little. Which is dissapointing to me. I like casual MMOs that spoonfeed me with op stats. Maybe this game is just not for me in the long run, or maybe future updates will change everything. Maybe i have the wrong impression and those things will make me op, but i just dont see it from the looks of it. I can easyly solo the lv50 dungeon and lv90 dungoen just would take way to long as i need 8 hits to kill every mob. Is it impossible to solo high level dungeons, will i always be dependant on other people to make dungeons worth doing and can i one shot monsters at hihger levels or will it get harder and harder? im sorry to be just a filthy casual that doesnt want any group challange^^ i just like solo speedrun everything within minutes
anyway, what do you think about this? am i wrong with my points or is the game just not for me? im having fun playing with my gf together, doing whatever, but i really really want op stats and steamroll everything~
You’re playing an MMORPG, Massively multiplayer online role-playing game. Means most of the game’s content is designed to be a team comp or whatever.
But, but Kirito-san is a beater and completes everything alone and i want to be just like him.
I’m guess you never play RO, because this game is in fact very easy, but requires a little effort. If u can one shote everything and never need some help and group work, what’s the point?
The mechanic of the MMORPG’s is supposed to work as this: you have to spend time to get some decent gear and take a chance to face big enemies, but that is not enough, you need strategy and teammates also.
Kirito-san ended up having a fencer waifu and a fairy daughter. Try getting them first they might add OP stats.
Usually MMORPGs tend to flat out the progression curve towards endgame so that level difference won’t create too much imbalance in PVP.
Answer to OP’s question, right there. One-shotting your way to endgame may make sense in a single-player RPG, but (mostly) not in an MMORPG.
ToS may seem semi-casual at first, but reaching the 2nd half of the game’s current content will make you realize it is a hardcore MMO (min/maxed builds starts to outclass non-optimal ones, endgame gearing, leveling attributes being a must, grind partying for long sessions, etc.).
oh really, cant even one/two shot normal monsters in map like at lower levels(100)?
make all your gear +15
If you want a game where you can solo every single dungeon/content there is in the game even tho it’s an “MMORPG” you could play Aura Kingdom (the private sv one is better), however in order to do that beware of the massive hours of grinding.
Tree of Savior is not that type of game
