I’m not sure if anyone else have the same problem. I listed an item on the market but it’s not selling. So I tried to take the item down to change the asking price, but when I tried to cancel nothing happens. A message comes out that reads “The sales period has passed. Please retrieve your item.”
However, there’s no way to retrieve it. As a result, I cannot list anything else on the market.
If anyone has anyway to resolve this, please reply here. Thank you.
