Windows XP? People still develop games for that OS?
FYI, there are still a lot of Windows XP users in my country (Indonesia).
But Microsoft stopped support for it, haven’t they?
Yes, but most of us still insist to use it.
But some of us have upgraded their OS to Windows 7, so I think that doesn’t really matter as long as the game is playable on Windows.
if you play through “Steam Client”, it does not recommend using XP
and the requirement for SteamOS the future will be higher

I installed a XP partition on my hard drive past week by those moments where I can’t afford to spent ages waiting for windows 8.1 to load every single stupid service it has. Try Windows XP 64 bits if you have the chance someday, you won’t regret it.
So hope it works on windows 10 when the free updat happens in early july.
if RAM is lower than the system requirement 4gb… does it make bad??
i dont really know how RAM works and its uses… 
Usually you want at least the system requirement of RAM. RAM is a place to put all the important game data that is loaded from the hard drive. The CPU can access RAM at very fast speeds; but if there isn’t enough RAM, not all the data can fit in there, and the CPU would have to remove some data from the RAM instead, go to the hard drive, get more data and go back to put it in the RAM, which is very slow.
If you didn’t have enough RAM to fit all the data initially, and the CPU needs to constantly go back to the hard drive and remove/ refill spots in the RAM, it will cause stuttering and frame rate to drop. So you basically want to have enough to avoid any sort of additional loading from the hard drive. More RAM = less swapping of data from hard drive = faster, smoother frame rate.
My notebook’s RAM is only 2GB

Either you should buy a new notebook, upgrade your notebook’s RAM (depends on what kind of GPU installed in your notebook), or buy a standard mid gaming PC (probably cheaper than notebook).
I can run WoW fine with half the RAM on a laptop with onboard graphics (using custom graphic settings ect.) If that same setup struggles to run ToS, then there is a massive problem with game optimisation lol.
I don’t think there will be a problem though, I assume the high requirements are more a result of them staying on the safe side rather than it being a reflection of what is actually required to run the game. Think about it. If your system cant handle ToS but it can handle WoW and probably Final Fantasy >_____<

I think you will see the minimum recommended requirements being adjusted lower in time. Or that may be minimum needed to run on high game settings. If you lower the settings like graphics ect to low. Theres no way you will need 4Gig RAM. >_<
(The game needs to be able to run on a generic tablet, set-up on the floor with one of those little wireless apple keyboards. Or how else will Fairyhell and half of the people in Indo be able to play? =P

At least try to update the graphic card, there is a lot better graphics cards than yours with a price really cheap.
Upgrade your RAM to prevent laggy experiences, upgrade your GPU for more beautiful experience and atmosphere inside the game.
