You are extremely pessimistic. Highlander has other good skills aside from Skyliner (which is still strong by the way, considering it has 3 charges).
If you took High because of one skill, you simply don’t understand this class.

They are both powerful, just have different specializations. I don’t really understand the need to compare them.
Basically, you go Sword - take Doppel.
You go Spear - take Dragoon.

This is more PvP path. If you want PvE, take Pelta on Rank one, then High into Doppel.
You can also try Barb, if you want. Take High on the first CIrcle, then 3 Barb Circles into Doppel as well.

Would 200 dex, then all STR be viable for cata/dragoon?
For PVE I mean.
Swordman C2 cause his Restraint buff duration is 45sec, and Rodel C2 cause he got Slithering
so Swordman C2 > Pelt > Rodel C2 > Fencer C2

if u want pve is better go pelt>hop3>dopel>dragon
for this u can get like 50-100 con and the rest STR, dont need dex for PVE if u have finestra (maybe like 20-40 dex only, but still not really necessary)
200 dex is 200 crit rating and 200 evasion
For pve you need min 20k hp for Earth tower, and cata is more a pvp class than a pve class, if you want pve go hop.
