Swordsman classes skills while mounted?

Hey guys, can i use Swordsman, Petalsta and Hoplite skills while i am mounting? i wanna do this build:
Swordsman > Petalsta > Hoplite > Hoplite 2 > Hoplite 3 > Cataphract
Basically a “knight” with spear and shield, but i need to use my skills (of all classes) when im mounting… is it possible?
