I was thinking about it, and even with the cash costume of swordsmans looking horrible for me (personally for me) if it was black or dark-blue will be much more cool.
Following that, since we know that change of color of the cloths will take a long time before it comes, because you have others prioritys, you can simple put the same cash costumes in another colors. I’m pretty sure you can do this easilly since do not will be a reword of the model, but just a color painting. So you can simple say to players:
“This is only to provide you something to give you personalitty before change of color of cloths are not implemented yet. Take note that any rewards will be given when this occour in the future.”
And with that, we swordsman can have a cool cash shop costume that dont appear to be a slave gladiator:
(the one on the image bellow). Imagine if this was black or dark blue, would be awesome. Even others colors.
