Swordsman Beginner Help

Hi there, I’m currently playing a level 30 peltasta. My route will be: Sw>pelt>hop>cataphract3>dragoon
Few questions:

  1. What is the ideal stats for a mix of pve and pvp? Currently doing 2:1:1 str/dex/con

  2. For swordsman skill, i took bash at lv.3 for the cc. But confuse to left gung ho, concentrate or pain barrier at level two. Advice on this please.

  3. This is my first and only character atm, budget is limited. What mastery should i get/level in order of priorities?

My current Swordsman 1:
Thrust: 0/5
Bash: 3/5
Gung Ho: 1/5
Concentrate: 3/5
Pain Barrier: 0/5

Remaining points for Sw1: 8

Thank you, but i prefer to leave Bash at Lv.3

So it would be:
Thrust 0
Bash 3
Gungho 5
Concentrate 5
Painbarrier 2

get gungho level 3. so you can get the attribute.
pain barrier 5 is a must (at least for me). everything in this game is a freaking knockback.
