Swordman C1 -> Highlander C3 -> Squire C2 -> Shinobi ( need some thoughts about this build )

Hey Guys, i want to try out the build mentioned in the title. Is it viable? Are there other, maybe better options to get a Shinobi and Squire together?
I’m a noob in this game so pls help me out.
