There is literally no reason to tell us about changes happening in a completely different version of the game, so it was perfectly reasonable to think it was just poorly worded, given that a lot of the messages from the presumably native Korean speaking staff members are not perfect English.
Come to think of it, very few of your posts are close to perfect English either.
