You have a lot of combinations for pve.
But what kind of build are you looking for?
1h spear? 1h sword? 2h spear? 2h sword? more tanker, more dps, more aoe …

In terms of Area of Effect (AoE) damage for fast clears (Challenge Mode) I would say the Blossom Blader has more AOE Skills. The build is similar to what @Timothy posted.
