going corsair 2 without 3 is a mistake I think (well, Hexen is cool)
I would have replace Cor2 with Shinobi to improve your burst damage.
For PvP, I think having Cor1 is enough for hook. Shinobi has some utility such as short stealth after casting katon no jutsu.
For PvE, you can extra synergy with hoplite’s spear lunge with Shinobi’s kunai and Murmillo’s evade thrust for some serious burst damage.
Furthermore, Synchro thrusting is improved by Mur1 helmet attribute and these are clonable by kage bushin.
Overall pretty good I would say.
Edit: Not sure about Hop3’s medium game hunter on PvP, it would be pretty good if it works on PvP, extra 20% damage.
