Taking High2 instead of Barb3 is a waste imo. But yeah it still works
what do you think is better in this

in terms of pvp/pve im really no idea sorry for noob question
Got Barb1High3 and would reset to Barb3 if I could. While High3 is nice for solo play it is literally impossible in a group (eg. dungeon full clear) to precast Cross Cut+Cleave before you hit really hard with Skyliner. It takes too long and you are very static for this time.
Pouncing alone makes Barb3 more attractive imo.
