Server is unstable for 6hr or more… miss the opportunity to get in daily dungeon. 3 Exp tombs are not enough for compensation.

It’s pretty amazing how little IMC seems to care about the launch of their game, seriously no weekend staff that can handle technical issues at all?

The server maintenance fixed nothing that wouldn’t be fixed beyond a simple restart (which is exactly what they did, shocking). I would be surprised if there wasn’t a proper maint on monday that lasted several more hours.

If you’re just going to come on the forums to, not only act (intentionally) ignorant but also high and mighty, then you must remember they wanted people to pay for access.

The funny thing is you seem to think these are new issues, many of these issues (i.e. Class change being broken for some people, Dungeon entry failure, FPS drops from world chat (how does this even happen?) and NPC association action dissassociation) aren’t even new, they have had since KTos launch (and even as far back as the last iCBT test server) to fix atleast some of them.

No one expects the game to be perfect, but damn the seemingly small amount they seem to care about issues they’ve had since the already horrible horrible launch of their korean version is disappointing.

Does it not go through your head what kind of an affect this will have on the games future? Please think, you’re not the only one who wants the game to succeed. It also dissapoints me that the majority of your posts have no value beyond post count.

First impressions are everything on the mmo market.

I totally agree, beside that it’s very odd they don’t have any weekend staff since this is their paid release. Under normal circumstances people should be able to get customer support at weekends at a paid release. Atleast they could post a message that they can’t instead of again telling us “Soon”.
