Can’t open chest.
PS: that why i slowly quit this game ,GM or staff never try the event before release.
PS(2) : it may take a day or a week for staff to acknowledge this bug.

3/3 0 runs i always reach to the end, never got the cursed doll/box. . there goes my first 3 runs
3 runs, all I got was:
-0 whatever box
-9 red equips
-minus 25k silver for repairs.
tldr: enter dungeon, receive shyte.

And when you fix it, can you refund all the soul crystal everyone wasted?
It sucks to waste all those in this useless event and dont even get reward

Same issue here.
Opened mid box and “Now you have power to open treasure chest” message appears, but still cant open the chest or receive cube.
Ps.: 4 runs

Basically asking for screenshots and video means they havent themselves played it for tests.
Its such an obvious bug that it wont get unnoticed if you play just once.
Another event released without tests.

isn’t this similar than last year halloween event when silute coudn’t play because the server were lagged as hell…imc failed even in recycling events, shame
