Bug: One of my rewards for the PVP Survival and Victory event doesn’t actually contain a reward. Can I please have my reward? See the blank one inbetween all the others in the screenshot below.
Just had the same problem some hours ago:
I sent a ticket and they said they’re looking into it.
Will be chasing this up again with them in a few days.
Mine is fixed now. Along with the reward title. STAFF_John sent both to me again so I could redeem them.
