For what I see, it’s not common to have satisfactory answers for our tickets, so I found it ridiculous that the tickets are closed after they contact us back, looks like they don’t want to have to give an explanations to the customers.
The ticket should remain open for some time for one to be able to send another message regarding the same matter without having to create another one. Other companies support tickets have a ‘‘My problem was solved’’ to close tickets, I think this is what we need.
I know this mostlikely won’t suit IMC style, because this would prevent them from sending the usual copy/paste answer, but right now the support service is terrible, they don’t give any solutions or relieving answers regarding issues as customers… we deserve much better.
