When I press ‘Support’ it takes me to a page that’s basically a search for FAQ (with no where that says ‘submit a ticket’). When I click on my account I do see a thing to click on that says, “my ticket”, but when I click on it there’s no where to submit a new ticket, it seems to be an area to see previously submitted tickets, which I have none of.
Any help would be appreciated/direct links would be appreciated.
