Try to get 2 or 3 Green stats in unidentified armors. Prioritize stats by SPR, INT, then CON. Equip Shield prioritize Masinios Shield provides good CON and SPR. Otherwise use Emengard Shield for that 65 CON. Get Masinios Rod for +122 SPR. And a Masinios Staff for off hand. As for accessories the Kite Moor set gives a good amount of SPR.
