Support is a joke

So, I bought the founder’s pack for this game before release, and I only ended up playing 80 hours of the game total before taking a break due to issues.
I think I only even made like level 40 or something.
I decided to come back and check the game out at the start of the month, only to find it seems my account was banned. (Seriously, I barely played the game, what the hell? I ALSO PAID FOR IT).
I opened a ticket for the error, only to be told to open one with the “ban appeal” tickets. It has been a month with no response. Nothing.
So I was wrongfully banned to start, and then ignored.
A really nice ■■■■■■■ thank you for supporting our game with your money and a nice follow up “go ■■■■ yourself”, yours truly, IMC.

Seriously, and you wonder why your game is going to hell?

I have the same issue, get a reply from any other support section but ban in under 10-15 but after weeks of a ban appeal nothing. Seems like there isn’t much point in waiting for help.

I thought I would wait it out, give them a chance, but honestly cannot justify making a new account for a free game, that I invested money into and risk getting banned and losing everything for no reason, and just being shoved to the side like some kind of piece of trash.

Maybe their “Ban Appeal” inbox is being flooded by all the real banned people. As we’ve see before here, they are quite … perseverant.

As far as my experience with the ticket system goes, they’ve manually fixed my ranking (before it was globally bugged), inform me about mistranslations on Deathweaver cards and even received some feedback i recollected for them very nicely

That reasoning is poor, honestly. I have played MMOs since I was 15. And not a single game, even games like Lineage II (which is flooded with botters too) takes A MONTH to get a response.
And the fact that I opened a normal ticket and got a response right away, telling them my issue thinking it was a bug, and being told to open a ban appeal only to wait a month and continue to wait is an absolute joke.
I didn’t even know I was banned until they told me.

u guys banned cause amy be other people repoeted u as bot ,or u might have used some unsecure addons

Yeah, within the first week of the game coming out, I did so much cheating. I cheated so much I barely made level 40. Good logic.

Sometimes i imagine tickets are sent like hate posts and well, they may just get ignored. If your last ticket was months ago then you need to resend it.

I have sent three. The first to basic support because as I said, I thought it was a login error. Then I sent the appeal and then another regular ticket to ask what is going on, only to be told to wait. I gave all of the proper info and I have been way more than patient.

Ignore s1lv3rw0lf the white knight, he always tries to redirect blame to players instead of IMC

i dont know why are u claiming those things but i dont think any game company would like to lose a player without any prior reason,and as much i checked its ur first time in forum

What has me never posting to the forums have to do with anything?
My anger is justified. I have opened 3 tickets over the last month, two telling me to wait for the “Ban Appeal” ticket to be answered. It’s been a month and it hasn’t even been looked at.
I made this post solely to get a GM or IMC attention, so your opinions, for whatever you think they are worth, are meaningless.
And the reputation this company has, definitely precedes them.

And it seems, once again. I will be ignored by this company.
So shove your game, and the money I invested, you obviously need it more than I do.
I’ll go play Ragnarok instead.
