I had previously submitted a support ticket on an item that did not work as intended. Today I found out that, not only have you closed the ticket and considered it “answered”, but you also prevented me from being able to reply. I am extremely unsatisfied with your response and actions, especially because I have supported your game quite a lot. I do not like this customer service one bit. If you cannot fix the item, then I would at least expect some form of compensation for it.
You just got told by the superior instance (ticket) that they dont care about your puny problems. Do you expect from the inferior instance with no power or rights at all (forum) to acknowledge the issues?
At best you get a reassuring phrase like “we sent a notifier to the right department” and that’s it.

I am aware of what they told me. I posted here to highlight the utter indifference that this company has for its players. Especially when all it takes to remediate this is for them to acknowledge there is a problem and simply compensate for it, if it cannot be solved at all.

What cards are you referring to here?
They asked you for video evidence cause they have no idea what you’re talking about (I don’t either), and you did not provide it. Help them help you.

I am referring to the advancement cards that level you up automatically. As stated in my messages, there is no need for video evidence because the only thing that they would see is my cursor hovering over the cards and trying to use them to no avail. It provides no additional evidence than what an image would provide.

Are the cards consumed or not? Do you meet the level requeriments of the card? Is there any red message after trying to use them?
I just used a “Lv8 EXP Card” on one of my characters and the card was consumed and I received the exp properly.
Are you by chance using Extended Inventory addon? Or another inventory-related addon?

I know… you have to be below that level… I have one for level 280, and other for 330… none works…
Then you got it. Record and report while trying to use the card via ticket.
(No wonder the support [and no one else] could understand which card didn’t work or not. - Almost no one I know really uses those and the name sent on ticket was misleading.)
I really don’t care, they were getting dust in my Storage since I got then, and another day I tried them, more for fun than anything. I hope the suggestions help the OP, though…

They knew full well which one I was talking about because I sent them an image with it LOL. And once again, as stated in my messages, I made sure to meet all the requirements to use the card and still nothing.
