this is what i asked

so i really need to ask this isnt it possible for you guys to completly reset my account? and give me the founder pack again on Feldi? that way i wont have two founder packs? isnt that possible? and relatively easy and quick fix?

if so please do reset my account and redestribute the founder pack to me

Team Transfer REQUEST: 
The services of transferring your Team to Fedimian server  (The EU server) or Telsiai server (SEA server) are currently under development. The official start and the details of these services will be posted on our official website soon.

DLC Pack Transfer REQUEST: 
The services of transferring your unopened DLC Pack to Fedimian server  (The EU server) or Telsiai server (SEA server) are currently under development. The official start and the details of these services will be posted on our official website soon.

And please, do keep in mind that the DLC pack must be either not claimed from your Message Box OR remain unopened/untouched in your Inventory for it to be eligible for the Transfer.
$No Data$ BUG: 
For players that see $No Data$ texts in-game instead of normal text, please try the following.

a) Go to Steam/steamapps/common/TreeOfSavior/release
b) Open release.revision.txt
c) Erase the number that is typed in the file
d) Save the file and close it
e) Restart the game
Missing Stat Point BUG: 
If you didn’t receive a stat point after your previous level up, it is likely that you will receive the point on your next level up.(which means you will receive 2 stat points on your next level up.)
If you still don’t receive the stat point, please let us know.
Controller Issue: 
Playstation 3, Playstation 4 and Xbox 360 controllers should be fully functional. However, we are aware of some issues with Xbox One controllers and the dev team is working on compatibility. 
Also, please note that mouse controls will not work properly when using controllers as your main input device.

CommandloadFail ERROR:
We are aware of the issue and trying to figure out what is causing the problem.
What we know at the moment is that when Database is overloaded with too many transactions, this message pops up and deters players from moving to other maps.
You will be able to move to the next map when Database is not overloaded so we ask you to continuously try for now.

instead they told me nothing about being able to reset my account or not. which entierly should be possible
