So i made it to the map “sunset flag forest” level 123.Im level 120myself but dosnt mather what i do no npc there will give me a quests,and yeah i think these 10npcs or how much there are surely have a purpose.So did i miss something that i cant start quests on this map?

You guys probably missed the NPC named Soldier Alan a little bit south of the first portal from Dvasia Forest.
Same my problem. When i found the NPC he said must to kill “Gaigalas” boss (This boss lv 65 im already miss a material Saphie Chain dont know why and sure i killed 2-3 times again but i check F4 system not counter)
Dvasia Forest or Dvasia Peak? Maybe a different forest?

You need to talk to Soldier Alan. He’s between Dvasia Peak and Sunset Flag Forest.Once you are at Sunset Flag Forest go south.
