Summoner evocation and build info

hi guys i need help to choise my build.
i want a good build for solo-pve and a little focus on pvp.
i make this 2 build:

build 1 - Skill Simulator - Tree of Savior Fan Base

build 2 - Skill Simulator - Tree of Savior Fan Base

1st build is more focus on damage and pvp
2 build is more focus on control

Can work?

The summoner evocation is strong in pvp-pve or useless?

Im not sure about evocation but im Cryo C3 to Sorc and im liking the control. Frost pillar to pull everything into your pets attack range and snow rolling to keep them there when frost pillar is up.
