finally FIX the saalus-bug!!!
(where you cant enter the old saalus missions for blessed shards; this bug is there since I dont know when and has nothing to do with server-capacity as far as I know.) -
channel-redistribution:
(Put all channels that you get from these changes into dungeon/mission/saalus/uphill-server-capacity.)

Saalus map: 8 channels --> 1

Storage map: 8 channels --> 3

Truffel map: 8 channels --> 4 (or 5 if needed)

cities:
Fedimian: 5 channels --> 3
Kleipeda and Orsha: 5 channels --> 2
These should be easily implemented. --> We get 23 (or 24) channels.
additional notes:

There should be some maps which dont need all the channels which they have. --> monitor and adjust

There are some maps which need MORE channels or which may need more channels in the future, e.g.
Demon Prison 2F
(for farming --> already needs more channels; theoretically it would be a good spot to grind for mid-lvl-charas but there are - by far - not enough channels there atm)
some high level maps
e.g. for farming materials for orange 315 weapons
