Suggestions for Oracle Circle 3 [New Attributes for all skills]

Oracle Circle 3 is in a bad spot right now but some new attributes could make it shine though.

Arcane Energy: Decreased STA/SP Recovery Time

  • STA/SP Recovery Time will be reduced by 1 sec per attribute level (Max 10)

Arcane Energy: Additional Damage

  • Enemies receive holy damage equal to [100% * Skill Level] factor.

Change: Adventure

  • A monster that is transformed by [Change] will have the “Red Aura” Effect with a 0.05% chance per attribute level.

Change: Master

  • A monster that is transformed by [Change] will have the “Blue Aura” Effect with a 0.05% chance per attribute level.

Change: Millionaire

  • A monster that is transformed by [Change] will have the “Gold Aura” Effect with a 0.05% chance per attribute level.

Clairvoyance: Additional Targets

  • The effect of Clairvoyance is expanded to all monsters in range.

Resetting: Lucky Roll

  • Resetting will have a very low chance to make the monster drop everything it has.

Death Sentence: Thanatophobia

  • Enemies affected by Death Sentence will be afraid of death and spread their phobia to those they come in contact with.

Prophecy: Additional Damage

  • Enemies within the range of [Prophecy] receive damage equal to [100% * Skill Level].

Prophecy: Vengeance

  • [Prophecy] will reflect the debuffs you receive back to the caster with a given chance.

Foretell: Maintain Time

  • [Foretell] duration will be increased by 1 second per attribute level (Max 10).

Foretell: Guardian

  • [Foretell] will have its movement speed reduced to 0 to stand still.

Twist of Fate: Inverted Recovery

  • All friendly units in party will share and be healed by the amount of HP the monster would have recovered.

Twist of Fate: Reduced Duration

  • The HP recovery effect will have its time reduced by 15 seconds.

Twist of Fate: Additional Targets

  • [Twist of Fate] will be used on multiple targets. However, its effect will be reduced by 2% for every additional target. If “Twist of Fate: Inverted Recovery” is activated, only the monster granting higher recovery will heal the party.
