I could go on at length about this, but come on now. You guys have seen the forums. The fact is, people are feeling at unrest. They feel neglected. This is particuarly because they feel you guys have been utterly silent, that there’s no transparency or community input.
Talk to your people. Openly. Reddit is an open forum welcome to these sorts of things in a well managed and moderated setting. They have a thing for this sort of concept, the Ask Me Anything. You guys schedule a time, you show up, you talk to your people, you answer their questions, as you see fit in a moderately controlled setting. It can get a little rowdy, but it’d be a great way for you to maybe get in touch with your community and balance out your devastatingly negative press as of late.
