Hi, I open this topic is wishing to gether for everyone here, to get some attention from TOS about the Skill of Rune Caster " Rune- of - Ice " to Really effect on all ICE-Property Atk. even in Ele skill.
for those high lvl map we really need more dps for those huge hp monster. ,
hope the coming soon skill update, TOS will consider about this skill.
