I think bots, scams, hacks, etc. will be a major issue when the game will hit release. (since there already were a bunch of those in the cbt)
Here’s a small and simple suggestion to handle those problems (imo)
Create an ingame player report system,
It could highlight the heaviest offenders (by counting the number of unique report a family was given) and allow IMC (or GMs?) to take the necessary measures.
I feel like most of the players will take the time to use the system when they are seing offenders.
It also shouldn’t be automatic since this kind of system could be easily abused by guilds or other big group of players.
It could also dissuade a lot of people to start those kind of illegal activities.
