I would like to suggest if we could see a marking (!) if an npc has a quest to give you… (also showing on map).
i like the way it is.

There used to be indicator for NPC that have quests. IMC removed it.
In earlier version they had markers for all quests and decided to remove it to promote the exploration aspect of the game. This was heavily supported by community feedback.
Or just explore the map and talk to every NPC, like every RPG is design for.
No quest mark is better, it forced you to talk to everyone, and even talk again to NPC, sometimes they have extra/hidden quests.
