Just a suggestion, to encourage more PC-NPC interactions. What if we had non-quest giving NPC’s to trigger something like to spawn a certain NPC that could give a quest? They have no indicators, like the “quest symbol” beside the dialog choice but if you read their flavor dialog maybe something about the lore and stuff, then it would trigger something somewhere.

Oh This sounds like one other game i had played. Random NPCs around map with random hints about treasures and quests. Cool Suggestion!

Maybe this and add those NPCs being around at certain times only. Or since we got some weather effects, why not make a lighting bolt strike a tree at some point and reveal awesome loot? Should be pure luck though. I loved the world weapons dropping in AION for exactly that reason. Every time one dropped, the server knew and everybody was envious and wanted to see that thing in action
