Suggestion for skill tree

I do not know if you have had this suggestion here in the forum, but I’m suggesting that is placed after a certain level for example lv 50, a purchase of the second page of skills to be switched between pve and pvp to facilitate the exchange of skills.

Separate PvP from PvE

Skills are simplified and normalized having less button to spam, so as less buff to manage.
Uniqueness comes from talent system which is divided into PvP and PvE.
You can not use PvE in PvP so as vise versa since the system would automatically swap your talent tree depending on where you are.

This fixes over powered and imbalances.

Another Fix is having 2x tooltip, meaning it adopts depending on what you targeted.
Example:
Charge
PvP - Roots down a player in place
PvE - Stuns the NPC in place

Death Touch
PvP - Instantly kill a player with 5% HP
PvE - Instantly kill the NPC no matter the HP (instantly kill NPC Bosses at 5% HP)

You used the same exact skill but on a different target and it does something different.

Unlikely to happen from the sounds of it there big pvp thing will be Guild vs Guild vs Boss so it seems as though they want to combine pvp and pve much like aion did for its castle fights.

If they want to combine PvP and PvE
Then the 2nd Fix I had mention is perfect for such mechanics

For Balancing, skills have two tooltips.
Buff/Debuff and Damage differs depending on your target.

Example: Frost Nova
PvP - Freeze Players for 1.5 seconds then Roots them after for 1.5 seconds
PvE - Freeze NPC for 3 seconds

Reason: Freeze is classified as a stun, while Root only traps enemies in place.
Stun - Can’t do anything
Root - Can’t move but can cast skills and attack

This will help ToS get rid of underperforming/overpowered skills.
Making PvP and PvE more reasonable and fun to play.

…or kids that want to be godlike mode, one shotting everyone and never dying? Nobody got time for that

just wanted something to not need to be reset buying skills all the time as it has ability providing not pair pve as well as pvp other to facilitate the exchange and not a new page, but if the proposal is the choice so be it.

I’m playing with Peltast and say, the ability “Guardian” takes a horrible bonus, could be higher.

Having 2 separate Tree (1 PvP, 1 PvE) Isn’t really that much of a problem.
All they need is implement a toggle system between the 2 Tree, or auto toggle if you entered an Instance Area.

Example

  • You entered a PvE Dungeon while on PvP Specification, the system would automatically change that into PvE so after the loading screen, your character is already in PvE without you knowing.

This is what World of Warcraft is going to do at their next expansion. This solves imbalances within classes and the contradiction between PvP and PvE.

Regarding the Cost
Similar to WoW
-Changing something within the Tree cost something
-Changing Tree itself does NOT cost anything
