It’s really that [SA] Siluete is hosted in Brazil?
The data servers in Brazil are such a sh***, why don’t use a Data Server in USA, for example anyone from Dallas, TX. Where some of the best Data Server are.
Please, IMC, open a new Server for SA, not only to separate brazilians from the rest, in fact to get a better server.

Lo mejor seria esperar una respuesta del staff diciendo: que si se puede solucionar este problema (me refiero al problema de los personajes que se atoran al moverse entre mapas), en caso de que no se pueda, nos den la posibilidad de migrar a nuestro servidor de origen. En el caso de los nuevos, a cualquiera de los 2 servidores de eeuu.
Pd: jajaja servidor en chile para beneficiar el ping a argentinos y chilenos, en serio? . Ademas dudo que coloquen un servidor solo para los que hablamos español, somos pocos; y si colocaron un servidor aqui en latinoamerica fue mas por la gran cantidad de gente de brasil que compraron el acceso anticipado.
Si haces una comparativa entre los brasileños y los jugadores de habla hispana… Ganamos por lejos :C Si hay 40,000 weones conectados a diario en el juego, te aseguro que almenos 10,000 son Latinos… Y de estos 10,000, me atreveria a decir que mas de 6,000 hablan español… En el grupo en facebook de ToS Chile somos mas de 4,000 Miembros, muchos quizas no estamos jugando mucho por los problemas de servidor… Pero en ese sentido, entre todos los que se repartieron en todos los servidores, somos suficientes para que nos den un servidor, quizas no hosteado en Chile, pero en algun punto mas apto para aguantar el flujo fuera de lo que es Brasil.

Dime cuantos de habla español , compraron el acceso anticipado , te apuesto a que no pasa de 700 o de seguro es mucho menos. Ahora que se hizo f2p hay mas gente de habla español y mantener los servidores no es gratis. Pero bueno… a mi solo me interesa que solucionen el problema de atasco, o que me den la oportunidad de migrar a otro lado.

What annoys me the most, and i might “offend” some people here, is that IMC is not priorizing pay users, putting them in the same queues with free users… It’s really frustrating having to wait for hours to play, like seriously… I’ve paid for this, you guys are supposed to be a “serious” company, and you’ll have to compensate all the time we’ve lost trying to JOIN the game some us (me, and a few friends) paid for.
As said above by some users, and first off im not trying to discriminate in any case… Brazilians have always had their “own” community and they’re pretty much a bubble… A bubble you won’t burst any soon, as they try to be as hermetic as possible complaining/reporting you as a bot when you don’t speak their language (has happened to me before, lol).
Being that said, I strongly recommend you consider setting up a server in Chile, and not only because I live here, because it’s safe to say we have the best server facilities at least here in Latin America South… Not sure if it’s a good thing to compare, but take League of Legends as an example, servers are hosted here in Chile, and there aren’t many problems or issues with vecinities (Argentina, Peru, Bolivia, etc).
Im aware you guys have recently started with this game/proyect, but if you expect to gain more players and have an ever bigger community, you’ll have to expand and invest in a better server eventually, or you’ll just keep losing players.
I don’t expect a response, but im hoping any of the staff members read this, thanks in advance though.

So, some people really think brazilians are able to play normally on Silute? Tell me it’s a joke.
No one can play, because the server is totally unstable.
I live in Rio and my ping(when I can connect) is somewhere between 300~600. A lot more than in orsha, for example.
Disconnects all the time, errors, huge delay in NPC responses, autoattacks and skills that wont come out… Etc.
It is a big mistake if you people think we are able to play in Silute and you don’t.
We are all in the same sinking boat, until the server is fixed.

Yo y todos los demás de Tos Chile invertiríamos dinero en el juego, si es que pudiéramos jugar, pero con el server en este estado es imposible
Today it was almost unplayable for me.
When i tryed to log in, i spent like 1 hour or more trying to connect /in queue only to get Dced 7 mins after i logged in 
I dont mind playing with Brazilian players and using VPN, but i’m not against a LAS server either, but at least they try should fix the connection issues for Silute first and see how it evolves.
He’s right we can’t connect to the server because is full all day, its a great idea give them an exclusive server and other for the rest of the LAN // LAS users

A pesar de que me encantaría un servidor “real” para Sudamérica (ya que el actual es prácticamente brasileño), dudo que IMC a día de hoy tenga los medios como para abrir otro servidor, por eso están apurando el tema de los Beginner Pack y comenzar a generar ganancias, ojalá también inviertan para mejorar la experiencia de los jugadores latinos.
Sin ánimo de ofender ni generalizar pero los brasileños son peores que los gold seller, están todo el día spameando el chat.
Well, the connection problem should be adress for BR and other LA alike, but the queue times are kind of absurd now. At this moment, 8pm, there is 800 people waiting.
I like BR players, they are kind of nice when they speak english, but a server where you can use your native language, with less lag, and without queue time should be ideal.

Bueno, pero piensa que si pudieramos acceder al servidor, sería beneficioso para IMC, ya que tendría sentido gastar dinero en un juego “jugable” a lo menos. Actualmente con dos días sin poder acceder por problemas de conexión y colas, no gastaré nada en algo que que no puedo disfrutar.
Por otro lado, no se si es ofensa, pero los BR no spamean tanto, sino que conversan en su chat, solo porque no los entendemos no significa que spameen o sean peores que los gold seller.
I agree, they need to fix Silute first and then host a second server to rest of Latam players. I had 403 queue and waited, when I try to connect I get “Cannot connect to the server”, I tried again and now have 527 queue since 20 minutes (started with 853 queue) r u kidding me? This is my sixth time

3 intentos de aproximadamente una hora cada uno para poder jugar, cuando por fin puedo entrar, cambio de mapa y pfff desconectado

si eso es lo que pasa a todo el mundo osea no solo te hacen esperar para entrar al server sino que despues te hacen esperar otra vez porque te desconecta del server
