For those who didnt played in Ragnarok: it’s an usable cheap thing without cooldown that teleport you to a random map spot.
Don’t need to explain how fun they are 
If implement them in current realities it may require some restrictions. Such as min.level or a small cooldown. Or a full map exploration and a non-boss maps ony useability.

I loved teleport on my old RO priest. Favorite spell in the game, made for some great clutch moments as I escaped a party wipe and warped around to try and land a res.
yeah! let throw flowers at it too and fireworks…
