I don’t post/create threads much on these forums, but every now and then I feel the need to voice some concerns/suggestions.
This is one of those times.
Firstly, please consider using a currency convertion method, similar to what Guild Wars 2 uses for silver to TP and TP to silver. (Be sure to apply a tax when there is too much supply or demand for one or the other, to prevent inflation; again, similar to what Guild Wars 2 has done).
You can kill two birds with one stone with this feature, by suppling silver directly and rivaling RTM in a way to discourage their businessess and by providing a secondary option to your playerbase to access TP.
Secondly, while there is a great number of threads about it, I think a form of job/circle reset needs to be put in place.
This community is nitche enough as it is. If you punish casuals for making poor choices, which would ultimately force them to re-grind hundreds of levels, you would only be shrinking that community even more.
While us veterans research extensively before making choices, do keep in mind that this also affects us. Think about future patches and re-balance of classes. The choices we made today, may not be as great tomorrow.
Last but most certainly not least, please consider re-working the game’s UI so it allows re-sizing and the movement of menus, etc. Also consider tweaking the client further for performance improvements.
I realize this game runs on a very old engine and this may be the greatest challenge of all. But please do give this priority regardless as it is a crucial matter at the moment and in the foreseeable future.
