Reasoning and usage:
Would give more flexibility to Cataphract and Dragoon builds, allowing some defense without having to constantly switch inbetween Shield + Spear and 2 handed spear. Would also make Highlander Circle 1 and Circle 2 more appealing to would be Cataphracts and Dragoons
