[Suggestion] Event to Advertise TOS and Increase Player Base

1st Event Suggestion
Happy Holidays Greetings Screenshot

  1. Players will submit a screenshot of the game with a text “Happy Holidays from Tree of Savior”.
  2. TOS admin will select good screenshots for preliminaries and the pictures they have selected will be posted on TOS Facebook page.
  3. Players and other FB users will then like and share these pictures. The top 3 winners will be decided based on the numbers of likes for each picture.

2nd Event Suggestion
Christmas Song Music Video Making Contest

  1. Players will submit a recorded video in-game with any Christmas song as a background music. The video may have a story line or may just be a simple Christmas carols songs.
  2. TOS admin will select good videos for preliminaries and the videos they have selected will be posted on TOS Facebook page.
  3. Players and other FB users will then like and share these videos. The top 3 winners will be decided based on the numbers of likes for each video.

only thing that will save this game is if Nexon NA takes over and they can get the updates as quickly as kTOS and jTOS

@staff_max it is sad that jTOS, which was recently released, is ahead of us in content.

As a common practice and confirmed by GMs, Nexon has contracts with IMC for exclusive new content for a period of time.

The GM who said this probably got chewed.
Now where are the people the celebrated with iToS not being held by publishers? oh wait, they already have/thinking to quit.

No amount of sugarcoating would get newbloods to arrive until they fix glaring issues, which need not be mentioned, and if there are they’d be most likely be greeted with a 2FPS at the starting map which isn’t a good image if you want to keep players.

It’s expected though.

Contracts will include exclusivity and number of men power therefore the people allocated to fullfill Nexon’s contracts can’t spend time on iTOS most probably.

We probably only get some junior developers just making new events and also creating bugs while doing that. Although technically there should at least be 1 senior developer that reviews codes… O well.

I’d suggest advertising only after fixing core issues. Advertising when it has so many issues will make it worse than not advertising.
