do you mean normal pet atack or rush dog? because for the second you order the skill by shouting it, so it’s expected 
I don’t know about you but I dueled a Hunter yesterday and he was still cloaked even casting Coursing on me while stealthed. So…I guess this doesn’t apply to everyone.
